Researchers, developers, users and geo-information providers are cordially invited
to the First International Symposium on Geonformation for Disaster Management.
The fundamental goal of the Symposium is to tackle disaster management problems in their entirety, considering:
- Technology (both software and hardware applicable for Disaster Management)
- User requirements for geo-information (both management and mobile users)
- Information providers (data and standards)
Important deadlines:
- Abstract submission: 31 July 2004
- Notification to Authors: 30 September 2004
- Final paper submission: 30 November 2004
- Registration: 31 January 2005
Abstracts should preferably be delivered with reference to the topic
and a short Curriculum Vitae via the website http://www.gdmc.nl/gi4dm.
An alternative is to send it by e-mail as attached files in Word-format to Mrs. Elfriede M. Fendel, E.Fendel@otb.tudelft.nl.
